These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Block Stream Entertainment website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Block Stream Entertainment sells consumer electronics hardware and related accessories. We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications or other content on this site are complete, current or error-free.

Product photography is representative. Packaging, accessories and appearance may vary between production batches. Where a specification is shown as a placeholder or marked as editable, it is not a final confirmed specification and should not be relied upon.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Block Stream devices are hardware and software solutions. They do not include, provide or unlock any subscription service, television channel, film, sports broadcast, pay-per-view event, game or other copyrighted content.

You are responsible for obtaining any content, applications, subscriptions or accounts you wish to access, from lawful sources, and for complying with the terms of those providers. Availability of third-party applications, services and content depends on their respective providers, subscriptions, licensing, geographic restrictions and terms, and is not guaranteed by us.

Block Stream Entertainment is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party brand, streaming service, game publisher or content provider. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

A functioning internet connection is required to use the primary features of the product. That connection is your responsibility and is not provided by us.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which occurs when we send you an order confirmation and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where a product is unavailable, where pricing was displayed in error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to your address.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or duties unless expressly stated; where we are required to collect them, they are added at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We ship to the addresses we offer at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Where a carrier records delivery to your address, that record is treated as evidence of delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, returns are accepted within the stated window provided the device and any included accessories are in original condition with all packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.

Our products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, governed by our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.

You agree not to use our website or products to infringe the intellectual property rights of others; to access, stream, download or distribute content without authorisation; to circumvent technological protection measures or digital rights management; to breach any applicable law or the terms of any third-party service; or to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of our website.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is using our products for unlawful purposes.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, page design and code — is owned by or licensed to Block Stream Entertainment and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Stream Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, content, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to any product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Block Stream Entertainment from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your infringement of any third party's rights — including claims arising from content you access or distribute using the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of [EDITABLE — state/country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
