Why We Exist
Block Stream Entertainment was created to make home entertainment simpler, more flexible and more enjoyable by combining modern Android entertainment technology with easy setup and real customer support.
The idea came from the obvious gap. The television in your living room is probably fine — a good panel is a good panel, and it lasts years. What ages badly is everything behind it: the menus, the app store, the software that stopped getting updates three years ago. Replacing a perfectly good screen because the software got old is a bad deal for the customer, and it happens constantly.
So we built the box instead. One compact device, one HDMI cable, one remote, and a modern Android entertainment environment that brings streaming, apps, media and gaming together in a single place. When the software moves on, the box moves with it — your television stays right where it is.
We are launching with two models: Block Stream for streaming, apps and media, and Block Stream Gaming for households that want the biggest screen in the house to be a gaming screen too.

How We Work
Entertainment hardware should not require a manual. If a step needs explaining, we have designed it badly and we go back and fix it.
We tell you what the device does and what it does not do. No vague promises about free content, no fine print that changes the answer later.
A box that arrives and then abandons you is not finished. Setup help and device support are things we build for, not costs we avoid.
We do not bundle subscriptions, resell content or hold your logins. You decide what services you use and what you pay for them.
There is a lot of noise in this category. Here is exactly where we stand, so there is no ambiguity later.
We sell hardware. We do not provide, resell, rebroadcast or unlock television channels, movies, sports or subscriptions.
We never claim the device includes free access to paid content. Anyone selling you that is not being honest with you.
We are not connected to, endorsed by or sponsored by any streaming service, studio, platform or electronics manufacturer.
When you buy from us, support comes with it. Setup questions, device issues and warranty claims are all handled directly.
