This is a product reseller program, not a recruitment program. Resellers earn by selling physical products to their own customers at a price they set, subject to applicable policies. Block Stream does not require you to recruit other resellers, and no part of your earnings depends on doing so.

Applications are reviewed individually. Tell us about your business and where you sell, and we’ll follow up with wholesale terms.
There is no application or membership fee. Your only cost is the wholesale inventory you choose to purchase, at the pricing for your volume tier.
You are buying product at wholesale and reselling it — not buying into a program.
The entry tier starts at 10 units, which can be a mix of the Standard and Gaming Edition models unless a specific package states otherwise.
Higher volume tiers carry better per-unit pricing. For orders above 100 units we quote individually.
We do not know, and we will not tell you a number — Block Stream Entertainment does not guarantee reseller revenue or profit, and does not promise any particular level of income.
What we can tell you is the arithmetic: you buy at wholesale, you sell at a price you set, and the difference is your gross profit before your own expenses. The calculator on this page will run that math on your own figures.
Your actual result depends on your selling price, how many units you sell, and your expenses — shipping, payment-processing fees, returns, taxes, advertising, marketplace fees and unsold stock all come out of that gross figure.
Yes, subject to the reseller agreement and its channel terms. Online sales are permitted on your own website or through approved marketplaces.
The agreement sets out which channels are authorized and any listing requirements, so you know exactly where you may and may not list before you buy inventory.
Social and marketplace selling is generally permitted, including Facebook Marketplace, subject to the reseller agreement and the platform's own rules.

Yes. Many of our resellers sell from their own store. You may use the product copy, specification sheets and approved product imagery we provide for your listings.
You may not present yourself as Block Stream Entertainment itself, or use our brand in a way that implies you are the manufacturer.
Yes, you set your own retail prices and compete on your own terms. Our suggested retail price is a suggestion, not a requirement.
If a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy applies to any product, it is set out in your reseller agreement and applies to advertised pricing. Your reseller agreement governs this in full.
Yes, unless your reseller agreement specifies otherwise for a particular product or territory.
Note that selling across state lines can create sales-tax registration and collection obligations in other states. That is your responsibility as the seller, and worth discussing with an accountant before you scale.
Not necessarily to apply, but most resellers operate through a registered business for tax, liability and resale-certificate reasons.
Wholesale purchasing typically requires a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate for your jurisdiction. Your accountant can tell you what applies where you operate.
Yes. Approved dealers receive product copy, specification sheets, promotional copy and a library of approved product imagery and graphics for use in listings and social posts.
Materials are licensed for reseller use only and are subject to the Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines.
Repeat orders are placed through the reseller portal or with your account contact — no re-application and no renegotiating terms each time.
Repeat ordering at or above your established volume keeps you at your tier pricing.
Wholesale orders are subject to the Wholesale Terms in your reseller agreement, which are separate from our retail Return & Refund Policy.
In general, wholesale inventory is sold for resale, and dead-on-arrival or defective units are handled through the warranty and RMA process rather than as general returns. The specifics are set out in your agreement.
Your customers are covered by the standard Block Stream warranty, and you can direct them to our Support Center for setup, troubleshooting and warranty claims.
You get a dedicated reseller contact for order, stock and account questions — separate from the customer support channel.
Yes. The Distributor tier begins at 50 units and the Master Distributor arrangement is quoted individually for 100+ units.
Advancement is based on your cumulative wholesale purchase volume and account standing. It does not depend on recruiting anyone.
