What Block Stream Entertainment Sells

Block Stream Entertainment sells consumer electronics hardware and related accessories — Android-based entertainment devices, remote controls, wireless controllers, cables and power supplies. We do not sell, resell, license or distribute television channels, films, sports broadcasts, pay-per-view events, games or any other copyrighted content.

Our devices do not include, provide or unlock any paid subscription service or premium content. They do not come preloaded with any such content. Nothing we sell grants you access to content you would otherwise have to pay for.

Availability of Third-Party Apps and Services

Our devices run an Android-based operating system, which means you can install applications from supported sources. Which applications, services and content are actually available to you depends entirely on their respective providers, and on their own subscriptions, licensing arrangements, geographic restrictions and terms of use.

We do not control any of that. A provider may change how its app works, restrict it to certain regions, require a subscription, or withdraw it altogether — with or without notice to us. Availability of third-party apps and services is not guaranteed by Block Stream Entertainment and is not something we can promise on any provider’s behalf.

You are responsible for obtaining the content, applications, subscriptions and accounts you wish to access, from lawful sources, and for complying with those providers’ terms.

No Affiliation with Third-Party Brands

Block Stream Entertainment is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any third-party streaming service, broadcaster, studio, game publisher, content provider or platform.

Our Content — and Intended Use

All content on this website — text, page design, layout, graphics, product naming and code — is owned by or licensed to Block Stream Entertainment and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Our devices are intended for lawful use with content and services you are authorised to access. We do not support or condone using our hardware to infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights, to access content without authorisation, or to circumvent technological protection measures or digital rights management. Our Terms & Conditions set out acceptable use in full.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe material hosted on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at the address below. To be actioned, your notice must include all six of the following:

01

Your signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

02

The work

Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If a single notice covers several works, a representative list is fine.

03

The material

The exact URL and a description of where the allegedly infringing material sits on this website, specific enough for us to locate it.

04

Your contact details

Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

05

Good-faith statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

06

Accuracy statement

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate. We may forward your notice to the party who posted the material. Please note that under applicable law you may be liable for damages if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it had been published before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

We may restore the removed material in line with the procedures set out in applicable law. This page is a general summary and is not legal advice — if you are unsure of your position, consult a qualified attorney.
