Where’s My Block?

Every order ships with tracking emailed to you the moment it leaves the warehouse. Here’s how to find it, and what to do if it hasn’t arrived yet.

Order Confirmed
We've received your order and payment. You get an email confirmation straight away.
Preparing Your Order
Your device is picked, checked and packed at our warehouse. Usually the same or next business day.
Shipped
Your package leaves the warehouse and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it's scanned by the carrier.
Out for Delivery
The carrier has your package on the van. Delivery is typically made that day.
Delivered
Your Block Stream has arrived. Set it up in about ten minutes using the setup guide.

Common Situations

Before You Worry.

It's been a day, no tracking

Tracking is issued when the carrier scans your package, not when the label is created. A short gap between your confirmation email and your tracking email is normal.

No dispatch email at all

Check your spam and promotions folders first — that's where dispatch emails end up most often. Then search your inbox for your order number.

Tracking hasn't updated

Carrier scans sometimes lag by a day or two, especially around weekends and holidays. The estimated delivery date in your tracking link is the one to trust.

It says delivered, but it isn't

Check around your property, with neighbours and with your building's front desk first. If it's genuinely missing, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
