Where Content Comes From
BlockTV is an interface, not a content library. It organises access to the third-party apps and services you install and sign into on your device. Block Stream does not provide, host or supply programming, and availability of any app, service or content depends on its respective provider, its subscription terms, licensing, geographic restrictions and terms of use. Block Stream Entertainment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party service.

What is BlockTV?+
BlockTV is the entertainment app that comes with your Block Stream device. It gives you a single, couch-friendly home screen for the apps and services you use, and it's designed to work with your remote control.
Do I need a separate subscription for BlockTV?+
BlockTV is included with your Block Stream device. It is the interface — the apps and services you open through it are separate, and each operates on its own terms.
Does BlockTV come with channels or content included?+
BlockTV is software. It organises access to apps and services; it does not itself supply programming. What you can watch depends on which compatible services you choose to subscribe to or use, and each of those is governed by its own provider's terms, availability and region.
Where does BlockTV get its content?+
From the third-party apps and services you install and sign into on your device. Block Stream does not provide, host or supply programming, and is not affiliated with the services you choose to use.
Which devices include BlockTV?+
Both Block Stream and Block Stream Gaming Edition. On the Gaming Edition it sits alongside the gaming interface and works with the included wireless controller.
Can I use my existing accounts?+
Yes. BlockTV is built around the services you already use. Sign in with your existing accounts exactly as you would on any other device.
Will BlockTV work on my internet connection?+
It runs on a standard home broadband connection. Video quality will depend on your connection speed and on the requirements of whichever service you're using at the time.
Can I change how BlockTV looks?+
Yes. The home screen layout is yours to arrange. Pin the apps you use most and move the rest out of the way.
Does BlockTV update itself?+
It receives updates as they're released, along with your device's normal software updates. You don't need to do anything to keep it current.
